Spofec Rolls-Royce Spectre

In 2022, Rolls-Royce introduced a new car, the Spectre, which many believed to be a modern version of the Rolls-Royce Wraith, but the British company disagrees with that. Now, the German tuner of luxury cars, Novitec, introduces a special body kit that takes the car to a higher level.

At first glance, the Specter looks more spectacular than ever, aided by a custom-built body kit that includes a front splitter, new side skirts, rear lip spoiler and diffuser fins, all made from exposed carbon. There’s also a lowering kit that puts the car 35mm lower to the ground and 24-inch SP3 wheels from Vossen, previously seen on Spofec versions of the Phantom and Cullinan. The new set imitates the design of Rolls-Royce disc rims, but has a slightly more sporty style. Spofec offers a choice of 72 different rim colors as well as an alternative SP2 design with nine double spokes.

There were no changes under the hood. There is still a twin-turbo 6.75L V12 engine with 563 hp (420 kW) and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque. It reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 5 seconds, and thanks to the 120 kWh battery, the Specter has an electric range of 428 km.

2025 Smart #5

At the 2024 Beijing Motor Show, Smart unveiled its largest and most spacious car, the Concept #5. Now the German automotive marque announces the arrival of the Smart #5, which will debut on August 28.

The company released several sketches where we can see that the electric SUV is similar in size to the Mercedes-Benz GLB with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm, which is also the size of the Tesla Model Y. There are LED lights on the roof while the luggage boxes are on the C-pillar. There are also muscular fenders with massive wheels.

The Smart #5 is an important car for the German manufacturer, with which the company hopes to steal a certain number of customers from competitors such as the most popular car in the world last year, the Tesla Model Y. There are no photos of the interior yet, but in April spy photos revealed that it futures massive digital screen that extends to the passenger side.

When it comes to the powertrain, Smart has not released any information. However, from some other sources it is known that there will be four options, two with a single electric motor with 340 hp and 363 hp. The other two options will be powered by two electric motors, one on the front axle with 224 hp and one on the rear axle with 363 hp or 422 hp.

2025 DeLorean DMC-EV

A few months ago, Lynx Motors announced the arrival of a modernized and electrified DeLorean DMC-EV, and now we have more information about the vehicle.

Lynx has kept the classic shape of the car that gained fame thanks to the Back to the Future film trilogy, but with the addition of the most modern electric technology. The car received modern LED headlights, lower bodywork, new taillights and a bumper that appears to be made of glass as well as a large diffuser.

The interior of the cabin is completely modern with a three-spoke carbon steering wheel, a massive LED instrument display & touchscreen that extends almost the entire dashboard. There is also a new center console, which contains a wireless charger for mobile phones, as well as a rotary controller with an integrated screen. Also, new door panels can be seen, as well as modern leather-covered seats with improved side bolsters.

The DeLorean DMC-EV is powered by 4 high output electric motors located in the wheels that enable acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in about 4 seconds. It is equipped with a 70 kWh CATL battery pack that provides a range of up to 250 miles (∼402 km).

Lynx Motors is still working on the development of this car, which will cost $249,999 and will begin deliveries to customers in 2025. Buyers can reserve a car with a $2,500 deposit.
