BMW M2 TR87 Edition

Autoid is a British company for servicing and installing carbon fiber and gloss black parts for German vehicles, has presented its latest project , the TR87 Edition. It is a limited number of Carbon Fiber Bodykits (10) for the BMW G87 M2.

This is not the first time that UK-based company Autoid has worked on improving the BMW G87 M2 car, as we saw a similar body kit for this model in 2023. However, now the TR87 brings a more pronounced splitter, different cooling intakes, sharper side skirts, a larger rear diffuser, an adjustable rear wing, optional rear bumper wings and front fenders with openings, made from the carbon fiber used in the production of BMW M Performance parts, top quality and OEM finishes. All the listed components improve the car’s aerodynamics, but also create up to 108 kilograms of downforce at a speed of 193 km/h.

Under the bonnet is a 3.0-L twin-turbo inline-six with 570 hp (425 kW) and 490 lb-ft (665 Nm) of torque, a significant increase over the factory 453 hp (333 kW) and 406 lb-ft ft (550 Nm) of torque. That’s enough to accelerate the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, 0.7 seconds faster than the factory M2. For a better engine sound, owners can now enjoy the Milltek Sport OPF-Back exhaust system.

Also, an optional Handling Package is available, which includes MSS Hybrid adjustable springs and several other suspension components, as well as a set of Yokohama AD09 tires.
