2025 Lamborghini Temerario Coming Soon

As previously announced, Lamborghini will unveil its new car, the Lamborghini Temerario, on August 16 at Monterey Car Week. It is the successor to the Huracan, which will be powered by a V8 instead of a V10 engine.

The car is still covered in camouflage, and what can be seen in the spy photos is a sharper design of the front fascia, thin headlights and hexagonal daytime running lights, a more aggressive intake, and a centrally mounted exhaust system. Also, the interior of the car is similar to the Rivuelto model, which suggests that it could be equipped with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.4-inch infotainment system and a 9.1-inch screen for the passenger.

The Lamborghini Temerario will be powered by a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine with 800 hp (596 kW) and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque combined with three electric motors, totaling over 900 hp (671 kW). The engine is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

We will have more information after the premiere on August 16, 2024.

Lamborghini developed a new V8 engine

Lamborghini is currently developing the successor to the Huracan, and the prototype goes by the name 634. With this car, Lamborghini will complete the transition to an electrified range that currently consists of the Revuelto and the plug-in hybrid Urus SE, and according to information from the company, it will be powered by a new hybrid V8 engine.

Lamborghini is part of the Volkswagen Group, and several other group companies, including Porsche, offer a 4.0-L V8 twin-turbo engine. However, this powertrain will not be used in the Huracan successor, as Lamborghini claims to have developed a new hybrid V8 engine.

Details about the electric motors that will be part of the powertrain remain unknown, but it is known that there will be three electric motors and that one will be between the V8 engine and the eight-speed gearbox. However, the car won’t sound like your average hybrid. It will have a shorter range using only electric drive, but Lamborghini promises the sound of a modern supercar.

The Lamborghini 634 will be powered by a 4.0-L twin-turbo V8 engine with around 800 hp (596 kW) and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque, mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. As a reminder, the Huracan is powered by a 5.2-L naturally aspirated V10 engine with 640 hp (477 kW) and 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque. Also, the Revuelt is powered by a V12 engine with 825 hp (615 kW).

Keyvany Kytoro based on Lamborghini Revuelto

Lamborghini Revuelto is one of the most powerful cars of the Italian manufacturer, with outstanding aerodynamics and impressive performance. However, there are always those who think they can make this super powerful car better. One of them is the German company Keyvany, which presented the Kytoro project based on the Lamborghini Revuelto.

Kytoro brings a new front bumper, a new bonnet, additional air vents, wings and creases, as well as a double splitter. There are also new openings on the fenders, new housings for the side mirrors and different wings on the door sills. At the rear, there are additional ventilation openings on a massive diffuser and a fixed rear wing. All components are made of carbon fiber. The car is painted in Arencio Borealis and some components are made of exposed carbon.

So far, the Keytoro package exists only in digital form, but the company is already accepting orders. The price has not been publicly announced.

Under the bonnet is still the 6.5-L L545 naturally aspirated V12 engine combined with an electric motor with a total output of 1,001 hp (746 kW) 783 lb-ft (1,062 Nm) of torque. Power is sent to all wheels via an 8-speed Graziano dual-clutch automatic transmission. It reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.5 seconds with a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
